By accessing or using Venture Link (“Platform”), a service provided by Lean Venture Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
 

2. Description of Service

Venture Link is a SaaS platform offering resources designed to support startups in their growth and funding efforts. We provide users with access to curated data and other tools to help navigate the venture capital landscape.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • Free Trial/Freemium Access: Venture Link offers limited access via a free trial or freemium model.

  • Paid Subscriptions: After the trial period, access to full Platform features requires a subscription. Subscription fees can be billed monthly or annually, as selected during registration. Prices and features may vary, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

  • Billing: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis, per your selected billing cycle.
     

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
 

6. Use of Platform

You may use the Platform for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform to build a competing service or attempt to scrape or duplicate its data.

  • Share or distribute your account access with others.

  • Use the Platform in any manner that could harm the Platform’s functionality or security.
     

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, data, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to Lean Venture Hub and protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.
 

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your data. By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Lean Venture Hub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of its content for any purpose.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lean Venture Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
 

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, without liability.
 

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Any updates will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date, and we encourage you to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
